At AI Portraiture Ltd, we want your experience to be as seamless and satisfying as the art itself. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we deliver your prints and handle returns.

📦 Delivery Information

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2–7 business days. Framed prints may take slightly longer due to custom assembly.
  • Shipping Options: We offer standard and express shipping worldwide. Rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.
  • Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your art’s journey to your door.
  • Packaging: Prints are carefully rolled and shipped in sturdy tubes. Framed prints are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your artwork. If something’s not quite right, here’s how we can help:

  • Refunds and Returns

    AI Portraiture Ltd is a print-on-demand platform, which means every product is custom-made and produced only after an order is placed.

    Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for cases where a customer simply changes their mind.

     

    Damaged or Defective Orders

    If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, AI Portraiture Ltd will gladly offer a free replacement or a full refund.

    To resolve the issue quickly, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide:

    • A clear photo showing the issue with the product

    • A photo of the barcode label on the packaging

    Once our team has reviewed the information, we will arrange a reprint or issue a refund as soon as possible.

     

    When Are Refunds or Reprints Not Available?

    We are unable to offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

    • The wrong size, colour, or design was ordered

    • The customer has changed their mind after receiving the item

    • The print placement is within our normal production tolerances
