At AI Portraiture Ltd, we want your experience to be as seamless and satisfying as the art itself. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we deliver your prints and handle returns.


📦 Delivery Information

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2–7 business days. Framed prints may take slightly longer due to custom assembly.
  • Shipping Options: We offer standard and express shipping to all countries we deliver to. Rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.
  • Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your art’s journey to your door.
  • Packaging: Prints are carefully rolled and shipped in sturdy tubes. Framed prints are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

✨ Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident when you shop with us. Every item is made to order, so our policy is designed to be fair to you while keeping our process sustainable.

Because each print is made to order and produced specifically for you, it is legally classified as a customised item and therefore exempt from standard change‑of‑mind returns under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.


🖼 Prints & Framed Prints

Quality Guarantee If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we’ll replace it.

Not Eligible Because each print is custom-made colours may vary slightly due to screen calibration differences. This is normal for all printed artwork.

How to Claim Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or store credit. We prioritise replacements to ensure you receive the artwork you ordered, but if a replacement cannot be produced, we will issue a full refund.


👕 Apparel

Quality Guarantee Defective, misprinted, or damaged apparel will be replaced.

Sizing Reminder We cannot accept returns for incorrect sizing. Please check the sizing chart carefully before ordering. Because each item is printed on demand, we cannot exchange sizes.

How to Claim Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or store credit. Refunds are only issued if a replacement isn’t possible.

Care Note Please follow the care instructions. Damage from improper washing isn’t eligible for return.


📦 General Terms

  • Return shipping is covered only for defective or misprinted items.

  • Always contact us before sending anything back — unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.

  • Approved returns are processed within 5–7 business days.

  • If your parcel is delayed or lost in transit, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue. Lost parcels are replaced at no cost to you.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot replace orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
